I live within two hours of Johnstown, PA...my route is a POV route, but it is scheduled to get an LLV in the spring...it is a 41J, you will most likely get it because it came up for bid last year and no one moved around...small town, no cluster boxes, nice office in Jersey Shore, PA (central PA)...
