Hello, I am a rural carrier in Hillsboro,OR. I’m relocating to Hilo,HI this coming summer. I have a beautiful 9 hour 45k LLV country route with Thursday’s off and would love to do a manual transfer in or around the Hilo area if possible. Not sure how this works but just thought I would give it a shot. There is a ton of growth happening here so will be many more openings coming also. Thanks so much!
