Ankeny is a suburb of Des Moines, Iowa. 19 Rural Routes with LLVs. Lots of growth. Great cost of living, 15 min to downtown Des Moines. Looking to get closer to family in the northeast, preferably Pennsylvania but will consider other areas. Definitely looking for office with all LLVs, but will consider POV situations.
