Wanting to go to Tampa,Florida from Jacksonville, Florida. I work at the best office in the Jacksonville area. All LLV's and 27 "K" routes. Beautiful waterfront area with the best schools in the state. My wife's job has transferred to Tampa so I am looking to go ASAP. Would consider renting my home out at below market value as a incentive.
