Anyone in NJ want to come to Austin Tx?

Little Egg Harbor is right on the coast so it is close to all water
activities (boating, fishing, beaches, etc.), it's just under 2 hours
from both NYC and Philadelphia and about 30 minutes to Atlantic City
and Tom's River. There's a bus in Tom's River that goes non stop to
Manhattan. 5 regular rural routes (1 Aux) and 13 city routes in the
office. No FSS. All LLVs.

I am looking for central NJ. Little Egg Harbor is too far from where I would like to be... Middlesex, Somerset, Monmouth counties.
