Hi, I am in Martinsburg WV in the eastern panhandle. Beautiful area. We have 24 rural routes and all but 1 have LLV. We have dips letters but not flats and we are a great office and nice affordable area. You can be in MD, VA, PA and DC in 45minutes or less. Need warmth for arthritis.
