I just wanted to let you know i got a tranfer to Arkansas im sorry i couldn't help you i tried i did find out if you find someone that's about to retire in Tucson you can take his or hers spot the carrier wouldn't come to Nebraska it would just look that way you would both sign but you have to get the paper work in before the retirement date is final hope that helps,Inez Karver
