That site is not good anymore, it was better when all the transfer ads were separated by state, Your better off going to Facebook (Rural Carrier Mutual Transfers) Where there is more of an interchange and you have the advantage to Private Message someone.
No...Ruralcarriertransfers.com is how I got my mutual transfer from Nv to Tx back in 2005...then after 2005 it was shut down for awhile then I recently discovered it now back on line again!! It's still an awesome site 2g2 though!!
