Dallas/Ft Worth to come to Maryland to complete 3-way transfer

Looking for someone in the Dallas/Ft Worth area (McKinney or Grapevine maybe) to come to Upper Marlboro, Md to complete a 3-way transfer. 20 minutes from Annapolis, 10 Minutes from D.C. 35 minutes from Baltimore.
