Office of 21 routes; 2 of which are full walking, 2 are about 1/2 walking, everything else is mostly mounted with businesses/apartments mixed in.

The wife and I want to move to any area within 30 minutes of Gainesville, allowing for a fairly decent range for exchanges within that big area.
