We've got all four major sports, Arizona St. University, NASCAR, Indian casinos, lots of golf courses, almost no rain, no hurricanes, really inexpensive real estate, low taxes. It's hot from mid-May through September, rest of the time it's perfect. Five hour drive to San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas. Broward's a little too far south for me. I'm having a hard time getting my wife to consider Palm Beach. We really would like Brevard, Indian River, or St. Lucie counties. Would consider Martin.
