We've got all four major sports, Arizona St. University, NASCAR, Indian casinos, lots of golf courses, almost no rain, no hurricanes, really inexpensive real estate, low taxes. It's hot from mid-May through September, rest of the time it's perfect. Five hour drive to San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas.
