Glad to see PTFs posting here, this list can be a blessing for anyone needing to swap. Hopefully we can make a few things happen.

PTF in AZ needs to get to Ohio--preferably NE Ohio

Don't know why PTF's waste time on mutual transfers. First, you have to have a minimum of 18 months in your original office. Then you take the lowest of your seniority or the person you swap with.

Just ask for a straight transfer; no worry about postmaster approval (nixed my mutual transfer 2X)or waiting to find an appropriate "swap".

With the freeze on hiring I am sure a GOOD employee can get reassigned very close to where they want.
