I called the Union for the Atlanta district today. They told me to send them a letter with my info stating my swap. The said they would give it to there 52 shop stewarts to post at there stations. I asked about 3ways, but they they told me to ask the district.

The Atlanta District does not accept 3 way swaps! My manager emailed them and showed me the email today!
