Hi, I am a rural carrier in a 24 route office in the panhandle of WV. We have dps letters but not flats. All routes have LLV's except one aux. Which will not be available. Beautiful Shenandoah mountains and mild change of seasons. You can be in MD, VA, PA and DC in 45 minutes or less. Looking to move to areas where my arthritis will get better.
