I am in central NC. 2 hours to the beach 3.5 to the mountains. Trying to get to eastern Tennessee or western NC or southwest Virginia.

Where in Virginia is acceptable? Clintwood?

Hi, I'm in Sandy Oregon, foothills of Mt. Hood, greater Portland area. I'm looking for a place with water and a low cost of living. I'd love the Washington coast, or maybe near Scio Oregon, but I'm willing to consider other areas.
